The price displaying on the web is used for reference. The real price will have a little bit difference, because of the fluctuation of the price of raw material (copper wire, PVC etc). 

As a professional power cord and plug manufacturer, we always pay close attention to the price of copper wire, because copper wire is a main element of power cords. We need to buy copper wire and then to make power cords.Therefore, if the price of copper wire changes, the price of power cords will be changed as well. 

Here, I will introduce my way of how to quote.The final price of power cords consists of two parts: the price of power cords and the price of plug. The price of power cords fluctuates frequently, and the price of plug is relatively stable. For example, our the price of YF**2 plug is always for US$0.*8, whatever how many meters of power cords you want. However, the price of power cords will be changed frequently, which is based on the price of copper wire. 

For example, my referenced quote on the web is US$0.**-US$0.*6 per piece. 1 piece is based on 1 meters power cord*1 plug. US$0.*2 is the final price of  1 meter H*3VV-F 3x0.*5 mm2 + 1 YF**3 plug , which based on Chinese Yuan (use CY below) ****0 per ton copper wire . And the US$0.*6 is the final price of 1 meter H*5VV-F 3x1.5 mm2 *1 YF**3 plug, which also based on CY ****0 per ton copper wire. [H*5VV-F 3x1.5 mm2 need more copper wire, and PVC material, so the price will be higher than H*3VV-F 3x0.*5 mm2]

equation:        [Final price of 1 meter power cord with 1 plug= the price of 1 meter power cord  + price of 1 plug ]

                   eg: US$0.*2=US$0.*0 per meter (when copper wire is CY****0/ton)+US$0.*2 (Plug price is relative stable)

                          US$0.*6=US$0.*4 per meter (when copper wire is CY****0/ton)+US$0.*2 (Plug price is relative stable)

*Here the quote both based on 1 meter power cord, if you want to more than 1 meter, that is no problem, we just mutiply by N (N for whatever, eg 1.5 meters, 2 meters, 3 meters, ...)

Therefore, the ultimate equation is:

                [Final price of N meters power cord with 1 plug=price of  1 meter power cord  x N meters + price of 1 plug ]

For example, YF**3 plug with 2.5 meters H*3VV-F 3x0.5 mm2 (Based on CY ****0/ton copper wire)

The final price will be =US$0.2*2.5 meters+US$0.*2=US$0.*2 per piece.
